The sleep meditation wakes you up afterwards!!!!! What the hell? I want to sleep for a night, not 40 minutes!! I cant sleep at night and I dont have 40 minutes to think about improving my sleep before bedtime.
The chakra and relaxation app are good, but sometimes words like "body" are repeated and this can be irritating. Not sure why we need focus on the mirror so much? It takes you out of your relaxed state a bit.
Otherwise a good app.
